Health coaching and transforming health behaviours
Health coaching is helping people gain the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to become active participants in their care so that they can reach their self-identified health goals. This seminar will cover what health coaching is and is not and how it can be effectively used in rehabilitation to produce positive benefits for people with long term conditions, take the burden off clinicians and reduce costs.
