Rhiannon and Philippa Oakley
Rhiannon has an extensive background in marketing and business development working with a number of established businesses across the South Coast and Europe. She specialises in helping small to medium sized businesses develop their community presence, marketing strategy and achieve their business goals.
Philippa graduated from WIOC in 2012, and was the recipient of the RCC Heale Award for 2012-2013. After grad-uation, she worked in clinics throughout Hampshire and West Sussex and co-authored research papers into patient outcomes and the impact of credibility and expectancy on care outcomes.
In 2014, together they established Acorn Health, an award-winning multidisciplinary clinic in Emsworth, Hampshire which has attracted a diverse range of practitioners. After training as personal performance coaches with the world-renowned Coaching Academy, Rhiannon established Oakley Coaching. They deliver private coaching and specific workshops to healthcare professionals who wish to develop their clinic, create a better work/life balance and who wish to learn core coaching skills to help their patients achieve better healthcare outcomes.
